NOTICE OF APPLICATION AVAILABILITY

COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the provisitions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44B - the Community Preservation Act - the Community Preservation COmmittee hereby gives public notice that Applicaitons for Community Preservation Act funding for Fiscal Year 2013 (effective July 1, 2012) are available in the Town Clerks office in the Bourne Town Hall from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Applications must be filed in  the Clerk's office no later than 4:30pm on JANUARY 18, 2012. These applications will possibly be considered at the May 7, 2012 Annual Town Meeting. 

Applications must be for projects that relate to Community Housing; Open Space; Recreation and the Preservation and Restoration of Historic Resources.
